What is your return policy?

Each frame is handmade upon receipt of an order, meaning everything has been customised exactly to your unique specifications.

Due to the nature of our product, we are unfortunately only able to accept returns on the following scenarios:

  1. Where it is clear that there is a manufacturing or material fault with your completed frame. Please try to let us know immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the situation for you.
  2. Where it is clear that we have mistakenly sent an incorrect frame size based on your order specifications. If you believe this is the case, we may ask you to re-measure the frame and item for us.

If you have just ordered and realised an error in your requirements, please let us know immediately so we can try to halt the production and update your order as needed.

We will always strive to provide a fair and reasonable response to requests for refunds or replacement frames. Please help us by also understanding that each frame is handcrafted from scratch and incurs material and time costs.
